Since qualifying from the University of Dundee in 1990 with an M.Phil in Public Art & Design, she has exhibited extensively in both England, Ireland and on the Continent. as well as receiving credited residencies and scholarships. Her work is held by both private individuals and corporate bodies all over the world.

All of her painting and sculptures take their inspiration from the West Coast of Ireland.
